We’re KJ’s Sauces, specializing in making small batchs of fermented unique hot sauces for your spicy pleasure!

We love dreaming up new combinations using the freshest ingredients like peppers, pepper/fruit combinations and even char-grilling our peppers before we ferment them.

Our sauces are blended for medium heat although we do look forward to making some that will be for those who love absolute pain.
